INXBuilder Support

All support is provided by email.

Send support requests to help(at)inxbuilder(dot)com.

To make our job easier and avoid delays due to exchanging emails please include: details of your Ibex version; details of .NET Framework version; the XML files and/or sources that you are using; all image files used in the XML files you are using.

If we don't have your image files then the page breaks in the document will be in a different place and we may not be able to reproduce the problem.

Priority Technical Support

Priority Technical Support is a service which is purchased annually in advance. The terms and conditions listed here operate in addition to those described above.

Priority Technical Support is purchased on an annual basis and operates for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Customers purchasing Priority Technical Support receive:

  • priority for service of support requests over all other customers.
  • notification of bugs found by other customers or by Visual Programming Limited and suggested workarounds where applicable.
  • priority in implementation of requested new features.
  • access to beta releases of the product.
